When downloading, we collect your email address and the requested resource.

3.4 Technical data

During your browsing, we collect anonymised technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration) for purely statistical purposes and website improvement. No advertising profiling tool is used.

4. Purposes and legal bases for processing

  • Improving our website and services — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), via anonymised browsing data.

5. Data retention period

  • Contact form data: 3 years from the last exchange.
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
  • Accounting data (quotes, invoices): 10 years, in compliance with legal obligations.
  • Anonymised browsing data: 13 months maximum.

6. Data recipients

Your data is strictly reserved for Jérémy Wagner (Odyssée) and is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be processed by our technical subcontractors, selected for their security guarantees and subject to GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:

  • Resend (Resend Inc., United States) — sending transactional emails and newsletter.
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States) — website hosting.
