In early 2025, MyBestCoaching, an in-home personal training service, already had a website, but one far too weak to support its growth: barely credible and almost invisible on Google. Acquisition relied mostly on Instagram.

Odyssée carried out a complete redesign of the website, mobile-first design and built-in online booking, paired with major SEO work aimed at national reach rather than local alone.

The goal: position MyBestCoaching as the benchmark for personalised sports coaching in France. The result: multiplied traffic, daily requests and a website that became the main acquisition channel.

Introduction

MyBestCoaching offers personalised sports coaching sessions at home and outdoors, in Bordeaux and across France. Strength training, cardio, fitness: each programme is tailored to each client's goals and lifestyle.

Before we stepped in, the company's growth was held back by three obstacles:

An existing website, but a genuinely weak one: barely credible and far from reflecting the quality of the coaching on offer.
Acquisition dependent on Instagram and private messages, with no online booking and many prospects lost along the way.
Near-total invisibility on Google, despite strong demand across France.
